We are Gerontologists, and Life is Our Work
During this unprecedented time, we here at the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology believe that we must do everything we can to support our students experiencing emergencies related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Leonard Davis School’s USC Peggy Halvorsen Student Emergency Fund provides financial support for any unforeseen financial emergencies our students have incurred.
The future continues to be very bright here at the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology and we are grateful for the continued support. This pandemic’s impacts on the lives of older adults validates and reinforces the importance of the work of our school and our future graduates more than ever. We will get through this together and come back stronger than before.
The University’s COVID-19 Response
USC has established four funds in response to the COVID-19 crisis to help support all areas of the Trojan community. These funds include the USC Student Basic Needs Fund, Keck Medicine of USC COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund, USC Community Outreach Fund, and USC Employee Support Fund.
