USC Price: On a Mission

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, the Price School has made emergency funding available to students.

“I am the only person who's able to take care of my family. Due to the pandemic, however, I have lost my job. I have been collecting unemployment since April, and unfortunately, it is not enough to cover the rent, bills, utilities and food. -USC Price student, Class of 2022

Thanks to our generous supporters, we provided more than $53,000 in emergency funding to 155 Price School students experiencing setbacks. Still, many students are having trouble affording basic needs such as:

  • Rent
  • Groceries
  • Technology and internet upgrades
  • Medical bills
  • Utilities

Our students deserve the right to have the essentials that will allow them to focus on their education and future. Your generosity will provide critical resources and funding for these students as they continue to adapt to new and difficult circumstances resulting from the pandemic.

“My mom, my family's sole income contributor, has not been allowed to work since the pandemic. Consequently, I have been supporting them with groceries and rent. A grant would greatly help me support my family financially and allow me to maintain my education at the Price School as a first-generation student.” -USC Price student, Class of 2021
