USC Price: On a Mission

USC Price TLC Fund

The USC Price School’s mission is to improve the quality of life for people and their communities, here and abroad. USC Price attracts a highly diverse population, with over 2,100 students across 19 degree programs, representing 34 countries and regions around the world. Our reach is global, our impact lasting. USC Price is deeply committed to ensuring all students have the resources they need to find the solutions that will improve all of our lives.

On behalf of our entire administration, faculty and staff, we hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. We know and understand not all of you have the means to give support financially, however, we ask for your assistance in sharing this fund far and wide to ensure that no Price student in need is not accounted for.

The Price TLC Fund was established to provide emergency aid to students experiencing financial hardship due to unforeseen expenses. Examples of intended use include but are not limited to:

  • Rent, utilities and temporary shelter
  • Lacking funds for food or clothing
  • Emergency travel
  • Medication needs
  • Local transportation expenses
  • Tuition & other unforeseen emergencies

The Price TLC Fund will go to Price students in immediate need and provide them with financial assistance so they can continue and focus on their USC Education.

Student Success Fund

Student Success means ensuring that all Price students have access to support that will enhance and strengthen their student experience. We are especially sensitive to meeting the needs of students who require additional financial assistance. Over the past decade, our student population has grown significantly. We are looking to raise funds to maintain and improve the quality of our programs while serving more students. The Price School seeks significant financial support from donors to ensure that the Price experience and education continues to be world-class. We recognize that these opportunities are paused due to COVID, but will continue promptly after being advised by local and government experts.

The University’s COVID-19 Response

USC has established four funds in response to the COVID-19 crisis to help support all areas of the Trojan community. These funds include the USC Student Basic Needs Fund, Keck Medicine of USC COVID-19 Emergency Response FundUSC Community Outreach Fund, and USC Employee Support Fund.
