OWN IT at University of Southern California is an annual leadership summit and a place to celebrate the connections and ideas sparked when people's paths and identities intersect. Through our summit and collaborative partnerships at USC, as well as at local and national levels, we work to bridge gaps in equity, highlight diverse voices, celebrate unique career journeys, and address the evolving needs of society.
